Hire a freelancer for a small, simple website that your business does not depend on. Choose a web design agency when the site brings in customers or sales, needs both design and development, or must be supported after launch, because a team gives you more skills, quality checks and continuity if one person becomes unavailable.

That is why our designers, developers and support team work on every project together.

Choose a web design company by checking evidence, not the sales pitch: live websites you can test on your phone, an in-house team of designers and developers, a clear step-by-step process, one named contact, defined support after launch, an admin panel you can use yourself, and past clients willing to talk to you.

Look for a team, not one person: you want people who will still support your website years from now.

After launch you should receive your own admin login, a written list of every service behind the site and training for your team. The first weeks are for fixing small issues found by real visitors. After that, you update content yourself while your web team handles backups, software and security updates and speed checks.

With an agency, support after launch comes from the same team that built your website.

Most business websites need both. A web designer decides how the site looks and how easy it is to use; a web developer makes it actually work, load fast and stay secure. Having both on one team, as in an agency, avoids you acting as the go-between and keeps the design realistic to build.

With an agency like Kensoftware, both are on one team from the first meeting.

If your web designer disappears, first send a written request for an update, then secure your domain, hosting, CMS login and files. With those in your name, a new provider can review the work and finish or rebuild it. Prevent it by holding all accounts yourself from day one and working with a team, not one person.

With a team, someone else always knows your project and can carry on the work.

The Kensoftware CMS is the admin panel we built ourselves and use on every website we make. From one login, your team updates pages, articles, banners, galleries and forms, and for online stores, products, orders and promo codes, in Arabic and English, without calling a developer. We tailor it to each business and support it ourselves.

Because our own team built it, you get one team behind both your website and the system that runs it.
